Who we are
A Pennsylvania home-care organization.
Relevant Home Care, Inc. exists so people can remain in the homes they already know — with help that fits the person, the family, and the week. Care happens in that home, not in a facility.
We provide personal care, respite for family caregivers, companion care, and everyday support, hourly or live‑in. We listen first, match a caregiver to the household, and stay reachable when the week changes.
Families, hospitals, and case managers reach the same office. There is no family portal. Staff sign in separately.
